Used the PRICELINE link. Noticed the same hotel going for $88 as a no-bid deal, and wondered if I could get it for less by bidding. Sure enough, bid up from $60 to $80, finally got accepted by my target resort hotel. Haven't been there before. Looking forward. Not sure about whether or not there's an extra or "optional" resort fee - if someone who stayed there can give me some feedback on that I'd appreciate it.

Congratulations on your success!

Hope you're happy with the results and this property works well for your needs this trip.

From what i'm reading their is a resort fee which bundles some of their services (internet, etc) but it's optional, so unless this policy has changed, it looks like you may be able to avoid an additional feel unless bundling the services you need comes out cheaper then purchasing each that you may want.

Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your bidding.

Enjoy your stay.
