This listing hasn't been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess would be a new amenity set and upgraded star rating (since last reported) for the Amalfi.

I just booked thur link.... Amalfi $210 for St. Patricks Day weekend. Prices are really high for this weekend because everything is sold out, so not a bad deal. Amalfi is as a great hotel, nice breakfast and includes a free happy hour (drinks and app for hotel guests)
