Hotwire has a deal from the 03/23 to 03/25 for 3 adult for 574$ on a 4* hotel that charges a 10$ resort fee with the following amennities in South Beach - Oceanfront Collins area hotel: I am guessing its the The James Royal Palm but i thought it was 4*.
