Hi. I'm looking at one hotwire hotel possibility. The booking dates are 4/18 - 4/22 in San Juan Puerto Rico.

The option is listed as 4* San Juan area hotel , 90% customer recommendation, 136.00 per night ($216 other sides), with amenities:

Free Internet

Beachfront Property

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Restarant(s)

Business Center

Tennis Nearby

Spa Services

Accessible for the blind

Accessible for the deaf

Accessible path of travel

In-room accessibility

Wheelchair accessible

Accessible bathroom

Handicapped parking

Roll-in shower

Ideally, I'd like to find something located on the beach in Isla Verde and if I had my choice it'd be Intercontinental or El San Juan.. Any suggestions on a way get something in Isla Verde for sure (at a discount of course)? (open to using other sites as well).

Thanks in advance,

Thank you - Unfortunately, we're trying to avoid a condado area hotel as much as possible, because most of our nightlife will take place in Isla Verde, not to mention that we prefer the beach there as well. Any other suggestions for targeting Isla Verde area hotels?

In your experience, how often does hotwire update their hotels when you search? Would like to book within a week or so.

I've also made sure to use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links provided by the site - thanks.

Are there any known 3.5* options located on the beach @ isla Verde? I can be flexible on star rating as well to get location.

I'm guessing this one to be conrad condado? :/

Thanks again,

I'm still seeing the previous 4* hotel when searching HOTWIRE for your dates, but if you're currently seeing this 'new' property, i'd agree that the best guess would be the Conrad.

Generally speaking HOTWIRE will show the least expensive hotel at each star rating in each zone. So if in the future a hotel lowers their rate to be lower then the hotel currently showing at the same star rating, then the offers will change... likewise if the hotel that is currently showing rates their rates, sells out of their currently deeply discounted inventory, or pulls their inventory, then the next best priced hotel be shown and the offers will change.
