Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Downtown Portland-Express Bid

Am new to the whole express bid thing. No idea how long it's been available. I see a 3.5* downtown for $93/nt. 6/21-6/23/13. Only guarantees a pool and business center. The strange thing is that I was bidding for 3.5* and I got as high as $102 and still no success. I did reference the 3.5* list so one would hope that it and PRICELINE are accurate.

Please include the amenties associated with the property offered... is this the 3.5* with Pool and Business amenities showing?

Not too much to go on with these amenities which are common for most 3.5* city hotels, but the Paramount Hotel Portland, Hilton Executive Tower, Marriott Downtown Waterfront and Marriott City Center would all be likely candidates among the possibilities.
