It would be great if the hotel is Westin Market St.

I think this may be the Sir Francis Drake 'hiding' some of its amenities and upgraded to the 4* level since last reported to the board. However, if you are interested in this property and would like to try to target this hotel, let us know as i think there is a better way to play it.
