surrey Posted March 5, 2013 Report Posted March 5, 2013 Rental Car Cost: $105.20 Rental Car Taxes & Fees: $61.94 Rental Car Subtotal: $167.14Obtained this by selecting the option to add a rental car during Airfare bid. Website rates were about $60/night. When I arrived, AVIS/Budget had the last remaining cars at the airport. A guy ahead of me without a reservation paid $400 for 3 days. To top it off, they gave me an economy car as that was all they had left. Contacted Priceline about the discrepancy after the fact. After they researched it, I received a message that Budget will be crediting $50 back to my credit card since they gave me a car smaller than promised. Excellent customer service!
