For $9 more than the next cheapest property, I'd really recommend the Sofitel if the 4.5* that you are seeing shows the amenities matching what's discussed above. That's a very nice property for under $100 and an upgrade from the other two options.

Decided to try PRICELINE instead and selected 4 star in The Millenium Park Loop area and got the Hyatt Regency on Wacker Drive for Sunday March 10th for $65.00. We have stayed here before and are very happy with this price. Thank you for your help!
