andyhubbs Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 I am brand spanking new to this site so I apologize if I omit anything. Basically I am trying to find a good 5* or quality 4* hotel near the center of the strip that has a casino.I havent checked priceline yet but I have found four 5* hotels on hotwire. I noticed that only 2 of them actually list casino in the amenities, so I am assuming that the other 2 are just regular hotels (i.e Vdara)...is this correct?Check-in is 5/16, and check-out 5/181st hotel)5-star Hotel in The Strip - SouthRate per night: $171.00Nights: 2Rooms: 1Tax recovery charges & fees: $55.70 Subtotal: $397.70Trip total: $397.70This Hotel features the following amenities:Free Parking Casino Fitness Center Restaurant(s) Business Center Spa Services Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Wheelchair accessible Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower 2nd hotel)5-star Hotel in The Strip - NorthHotel Rate per night: $164.00Nights: 2Rooms: 1Tax recovery charges & fees: $54.77 Subtotal: $382.77Trip total: $382.77This Hotel features the following amenities:Resort Free Parking Suite Casino Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-Speed Internet Access Golf Nearby Tennis Nearby Spa Services Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Accessible bathroom Handicapped parking Roll-in shower Any ideas?
AaronJB Posted March 3, 2013 Report Posted March 3, 2013 Welcome to Betterbidding. You can find the list of hotels reported to the board in Vegas and the amenities that have been reported with each by clicking "Can't Find What You're Looking For?" in the upper corner and then clicking "See Hotel Lists" and then going to Hotwire/NevadaThe North 5* would be a possible match for the Venetian or Palazzo. I'm seeing a different 5* South when searching for these dates - are you still seeing the above 5* South? If so, how many people are you searching for?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

thereuare Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 My best guess for each:5-star Hotel in The Strip - SouthRate per night: $171.00==> Cosmopolitan2nd hotel)5-star Hotel in The Strip - NorthRate per night: $164.00==> Venetian or Palazzo although for the one currently offered i think Palazzo is the more likely of the two 4.5-star Hotel in The Strip - South Rate per night: $146.00==> THEhotel at Mandalay BayLet us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
