Hotwire Hotel: Hotwire Playa del carmen playacar

I'm going to Playa del Carmen 8 April to 18 April. Hotwire's listing is Playa del Carmen, 2.2 miles from Playa del carmen, PlayaCar, Zone B, looks like directly across from the ferry, says near beach, $54, single, all inclusive one star, then an indentical listing of 3.5 stars, same types of hotels, same distance, same map, for same price but not all-inclusive. Could anyone help be with this? What hotel, where and why same description, different all-inclusive one-star and not all inclusive three and a half stars. Thanks.
