I am wondering... The standard room is included in the bid as stated. Can I upgrade room. Once I book with the resort? My resort has many different levels of rooms. Do I contact them? Do people have experience doing this and is it effective? Thanks

I understand I can ask at checkin. Im just wondering if I can contact resort ahead of time and upgrade my room. Dont mind if I have to pay. Just want a silver suite not a standard. I wouldnt want to wait until arrival that is too risky. Thanks
