A property wit this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board, but i doubt that this is the Sheraton. If i were to take a guess the Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa would be a likely candidate, but there could be other possibilities as well.

This condo property has not yet been reported to the board and with so many condo-style properties in this area i don't have any insight into this one... do you need a Condo for this two nite stay?

No we do not need a condo, just looking for best price under $70 at the best level. I do want free parking as we will have rental car and would like to avoid a resort fee.

Avoiding a resort fee is unfortunately going to be difficult in Orlando - if you click on the detail page for each listing and scroll down to the bottom, there's a "know before you go" spot that offers an *approximate* resort fee, if the hotel charges one.

Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

Based upon your goal of a property with no Resort fees, how about:

4* SeaWorld - I-Drive South for $60/nite for which HOTWIRE is not showing a resort fee with:

Fitness

Pool

Restaurant

Business

Laundry

Hi-Speed Internet

Golf

... which i'm guessing is the Rosen Centre.

Or in the same zone what appears to be the Doubletree Resort International Drive for $58/nite?

Either of these work for your needs?

Not exactly sure what the "recommended in % of Hotwire customer reviews" actually means. Is that a simple Yes/No or does it have average ratings over 3. So if property is 60% recommended vs. 85% what does that really mean?
