For the 3.5* Novena property my guess would be the Days Hotel Singapore at Zhongshan Park... for the 3.5* Central hotel my guess would be the Furama City Centre or the Albert Court Village (although with just a solo Free Parking amenity it's hard to be too confident in any guess)
