Travel dates 4/29 - 5/6

Seeing a 3 * SeaWorld - I-drive South area condo with the following amenities:

Free Parking

Free Breakfast

Smoke Free Rooms

Daily Housekeeping

Air-Conditioning

Fitness Center

Pool(s)

Business Center

24-hour Front Desk

Laundry Facilities (self-service)

High-Speed Internet Access

Condo

It shows a 95% approval rating and for $68. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board.

I did also find that when searching for 2adults/2children there is a 4* hotel in this zone prices at $59/nite (higher rated and lower priced then the property above), but this property has not yet been reported to the board either, although it does show a 3.5/5.0 TA rating if that gives you any re-assurance.

Thanks for the info. I think the 4* is westgate, which I'm not interested in. This 3* with 95% approval is very tempting. I thought it might be the Springhill. Right now I'm a little afraid to pull the trigger.

Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay.
