The Bellagio or the Aria would be my best guess for this one, but i will add that the price i'm seeing is much less then $181/nite... are you searching for more then one room OR for more than 2adults/0children?

Note that may be able to get TWO ROOMS for about the same price as $181/nite... when searching HOTWIRE for 2rooms/4adults there is a 5* hotel offered in the Strip South zone for $88/nite (and a few others at a few dollars more). You'd then have an extra resort fee to pay for the additional room, but it may be worth the extra $25/day for more space, comfort, privacy, and an extra bathroom to use when getting ready to go out for the nite.
