I tried a variety of 3 and 3.5 * bids in St. Paul downtown, Eagan, and Airport areas before adding this area and being accepted at $50. This room is half the price of the hotel recommended for the event I'm attending, and I'm familiar with this area, so I'm happy enough with the result.

Park Plaza is a solid 3 star hotel, and a great mid week price.
