I don't think a 3.5* has been reported in this zone so maybe something got upgraded or there is a new addition?

I notice that only one of these five is actually located in the Convention Center zone. Doubletree is previously reported here as 3* and the Paramount is not in the hotel list, but the other three are indeed 3.5*.

So maybe this is Doubletree upgraded to 3.5*? Or if you have any other better ideas.

For comparison, Doubletree is presently 3.5* in the named hotel tab ($102 for the same dates).

Yes, that one.

Looks like a damn good deal. Would be hard pressed to do significantly better than that on Priceline.

Since I'm not sure of this trip though, I'm more likely to make a refundable reservation through a site that allows it and then as the date grows closer, use HOTWIRE or PRICELINE to replace it with something better if still available.
