It's all good, kinda wanted to see them both anyway for future referenceAlso used the HOTWIRE link on this one too.
thereuare Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Sorry to see you didn't receive the same hotel as your previous purchase for the previous nite, but seems like you're ok with changing hotels and pleased with the price.I thought I was booking the same hotel as the 4/12/13 stay since everything but the Tripadvisor and HOTWIRE rating was the same...Note that this property listed BUSINESS as an amenity, whereas your previous Hotwire hotel NYC win did not.Thank you for using the HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchase and sharing your win, helping us update the Hotwire Hotel List with the new details for this property. If you're down in this area and looking for a casual dinner, i like this place:Adrienne's Pizzabar54 Stone StNew York, NY 10004It's a restaurant, not a slice shop, and prices are pretty reasonable for the quality of ingredients that they use (but drinks are a bit on the high side). Stick with the grandma style pie which is what they're most well known for.Enjoy your stay. aidansmom Posted February 26, 2013 Author Report Posted February 26, 2013 Oops, I didn't catch that. I just saw the 3.5 stars and thought it was the same Club Quarters because I thought the other one was 4 stars. Can't beat the price for either one though. Thanks for the restaurant recommendation! My husband is a pizza fanatic, so we will definitely try it out.

fdny4eva Posted February 28, 2013 Report Posted February 28, 2013 I also want to throw in "Max's TriBeCa" on Duane St. and Greenwich. Very good and priced normally, it is the good too lunch place in my office. Also, head into the Goldman Alley area, there are some great new restaurants and a shake shack.
aidansmom Posted February 28, 2013 Author Report Posted February 28, 2013 Thanks to both of you! I will check it out.
KellJ Posted March 7, 2013 Report Posted March 7, 2013 Maybe I should be starting a new thread, but I'm trying for the same weekend, same location (hoping to get Club Q, either place, which we really love). Nothing listed this low on Hotwire any more, and I know rooms are available because they show up in the Priceline Flight + Hotel Deals (not much of a deal ---- $210/night per room added to airfare). Any thoughts on why Club Quarters no longer offered at this price on Hotwire? Now showing 3.5*, DT/Financial, with Amenities: Smoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Laundry Facilities (self-service)High-Speed Internet Access. for $180 per room per night (plus $43 per room per night in "fees"). We could get that rack rate.....Anyway, maybe this is just a rant about how hard it is to catch a great deal and also to understand why/how rates jump up and down like this. :-OThanks for posting, aidansmom. Helps to scope out the situation.KellJ
AaronJB Posted March 7, 2013 Report Posted March 7, 2013 Maybe I should be starting a new thread...Please start a new thread and we would be happy to take a look and offer our thoughts regarding your dates (are they the exact same as the original poster?) Hotels choose to offer discounted inventory to the degree they feel is appropriate for the hotel based on a number of factors; unfortunately, inventory may run out, a hotel may not be seen as a win for months at a time, and inventory can vary considerably even if you have *slightly* different date/s (4/13-15 instead of 4/13-14, etc)Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
