Priceline Hotel: Resort Oahu and Resort Maui Bidding 3/21-4/4

Just letting people know that deals are hard to come by for these holiday weeks.

I have so far bid up to 260 for Maui Kaanapali Resorts with no luck for 3/21-28

Have bid up to 240 for Oahu Marina hoping for the HHV for 3/29-4/4 with no luck

Sorry to hear your bids have not been accepted but not surprising given that this is Easter vacation for many schools and with the kids off it's an opportunity for many families to get away. This translates to higher demand for these dates which also means higher rates, and with the hotels likely able to fill many/most of their rooms on their own, there isn't much reason to offer very deep discounts to the opaque suppliers.

Going forward please use this thread for the Maui leg of your trip and please start a NEW TOPIC for the Oahu portion.

For Maui which zone(s) have you included in your bidding? Using MAPS and HOTELS.com what is the best rate you're able to find for a Resort class hotel in one of these zones for your dates?
