Hotwire Hotel: 4 Star Strip South or 4 Star Strip North

I'm looking to book 2 rooms from March 12-14. On Hotwire I'm getting a 4 star strip south for $48 with amenities set:

Resort, Free Parking, Free Internet, Casino, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services, Accessible for the deaf, Accessible path of travel, Accessible bathroom, Handicapped parking, Roll-in shower.

This hotel is recommended in 60% of Hotwire reviews. Compare against $120 on other sites.

Or

Same dates; 4 star north strip $71 with amenities:

Free Parking, Casino, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurants(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Spa Services, Accessible for the blind, Accessible for the deaf, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom, Handicapped parking, Roll-in shower.

This hotel is recommended in 85% of Hotwire reviews. Compare against $141 on other sites.

So I'm wondering what your best guess for these two hotels are and which one would be considered a better deal.

Best guess for the South Strip property would be the Luxor. Unfortunately i'm uncertain about the Strip North property, a guess would be Treasure Island, but i'm not sure.

Given i'm not such of the Luxor's location, i would sooner bid on PRICELINE for the 4* Strip North zone and try to beat the $71/nite rate above, if that is rejected, then consider if you want to take the chance on this 'unknown' HOTWIRE property in the zone.

Let us know your thoughts and how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there. If you'd like to try the PRICELINE route let us know if you want to bid both the North and South zones OR only the Strip North zone and we'll advise accordingly (NOTE: that if you choose to bid both Strip North and South zones the Luxor, and other 4* hotels in the Strip South zone, still remain a possibility)
