Priceline Hotel: Question about multiple rooms

If you bid on multiple rooms through Priceline is it guaranteed to be at the same property?

I know the room type and connecting or not is completely up to the hotel and can be determined at check in and may cost more.

Probably going sometime in May so have some time.
