AaronJB Posted February 19, 2013 Report Posted February 19, 2013 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)Please change the drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to United States and the currency dropdown to US Dollars. Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Once you're ready to purchase stay on the US version of their site and simply change the drop down menu to whatever currency you'd like to use and complete your purchase. What is the room rate in US Dollars using the above method?Additionally, please provide the full list of amenities showing with each listing (click "see details" and then click "see all amenities" on the detail page.)You can also see the HOTWIRE hotels that have been reported to the board (and the amenities associated with each) here: Hotwire Hotel List CaliforniaThank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

thereuare Posted February 20, 2013 Report Posted February 20, 2013 If you go back to HOTWIRE and click the SHOW ME button next to this offer (the one with the price in it), then on the ensuing page click the 'See all' link under the amenities, do you see more than what you've posted above? This is the amenity set i see for each:4.5* Beverly HillsFitness Pool Restaurant Hi-Speed Internet Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower 4* Beverly HillsFitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Tennis Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Wheelchair Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower Using the method described above is this the amenity set you see for each? If not, are you searching for more than one room or for something other than the default 2adults/0children?Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
Jcal Posted February 20, 2013 Author Report Posted February 20, 2013 Yes that is what I see.Could the 4 star with golf be Hilton?
thereuare Posted February 21, 2013 Report Posted February 21, 2013 Unfortunately i wasn't able to gain any insight into the 4.5* property, HOWEVER, i did find the following:Change your search to 2adults/2children and a new 4.5* appears in this zone (with a 4.5/5.0 TA rating as well!) with:Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Spa Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ... this matches previous reports for the Sofitel so that would be my best guess for this one.My guess for the 4* hotel would be the The Beverly Hilton. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and how it goes or if we can be of further help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
