Shaolin
I booked a hotel through Hotwire in Seattle near downtown from 2/17/13 to 2/21/13. After I read some forums complaining higher tax charges by Hotwire. I looked into my bill. Hotwire charge me over 20% in tax and fees, 5% more than Expedia for the same area in Seattle. I email them to complain. Their explaination to me is they charge a fee on top of tax and recovery fee. Basicly, it is a hidden fee, most people doesn't even notice it. I just want to warn others don't make the same mistake I made. Overlook the hidden fees they charge and make it looks like normal tax rate. Shaolin Link to comment
