For the 4.5*. Yes there are other ameneties:

Whelchair accessible

Accessible bathroom

Handicap Parking

Roll in Shower

I am still seeing the 4* with restaurant as the only amenity. recommended by 80% trip advisor

I too am not seeing the 4* property when searching HOTWIRE for your dates, i see a 4* hotel with the following amenities:

Near Beach

Restaurant

Business

Hi-Speed Internet

Wheelchair Accessible

... best guess for this property would be the Vendue Inn for $149/nite, which if you're interested in we can try to make some suggestions to see if we can get it to appear on your search.
