sooze98148 Posted October 24, 2005 Author Report Posted October 24, 2005 They gave me an upgrade without asking (of course, I never saw the "non-upgraded" room, so what do I know?).I was in room 1970, a very large room and the bathroom was almost as large. There really IS a computer in the room but it never connected to the Internet. No mini-bar which didn't bother me; I just thought it strange. The parking garage is WAAAAAAAY in the back but they have a guy on a tricycle to take you and your luggage to the front of the building. The parking garage and the casino are on the "third floor". The reservations desk is on the second floor. In fewer than 24 hours, I got "lost" about three times.I highly recommend Commander's Palace -- the food and the waitstaff. Even being a single, they gave me a great table.
