BridgePlayer Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 Bid daily in $2 increments. At $65(55 + 10 bonus) was asked to increase bid by $11. An immediate $2 increase was rejected with message that increase had to be 11. Waited additional day and got $57 + $10 bonus.
