Just got back from Hotwire stay at Omni Shoreham. Dupont Circle/ Zoo area.

4 * 95% hotwire satisfaction rating.

Feb 6- 8 for 125.00.

I forgot to write the amenity list down before I bought, but I'm 99% sure this was it. It was a great stay - I'd recommend highly. Metro is a 2 min walk and the hotel grounds are gorgeous. Close walk to great Embassy area as well!
