Offered $110.00 for Downtown 4* on Friday, Feb 23 for one night and was immediately accepted by Hyatt Regency (400 S E Second Ave, Miami, FL). The response indicated this is a 51% savings from the lowest rate. I should have started lower ;) but I'm still happy with $110 for Downtown. This location is close to my pre-cruise party/concert.
