vacoaster Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 I have been checking out the HOTWIRE link I got from you for 4* hotels near the french quarter. I have a conference that I need to attend Feb 14 - 16th. I am trying to be as close to the host hotel as possible which is the Hyatt French Quarter (800 Iberville street). Ideally, I would like to keep the cost of a 2 night stay around $240 incl. tax. thereuare Posted February 7, 2013 Report Posted February 7, 2013 My best guess for the 4* property would be the InterContinental and for the second property it would be the Hilton Riverside. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. vacoaster Posted February 7, 2013 Author Report Posted February 7, 2013 I went ahead and booked the 3* for $95.00 a night for 2/14/13 - 2/16/13 and it was the Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans on Gravier Street (otherwise known as Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans French Quarter). I was right! Thank you guys... the advise from your site helped out by cross referencing the HOTWIRE information with the MAPS and HOTELS.com site and tripadvisor.com.Thanks!
