Bad weather back home forced a last-minute stay in New Orleans on Mardi Gras weekend ... there are certainly way worse places to be stuck, but hotel prices naturally looked high.

Because I had a bunch of free rebids, I started very low ($90) and worked my up methodically to $170. We are very pleased and happy to be staying in New Orleans a couple more nights.

I used your PRICELINE link -- thanks again for this amazing resource!

Congratulations on your success!

Sorry to see that rates were so high, but glad to see PRICELINE still got you a deal during what i imagine are very busy nites for the city.

Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your bidding.

Glad to see you're pleased with the win and making the most of your 'forced' extended vacation.

Enjoy the rest of your stay.
