journeyman Posted February 6, 2013 Report Posted February 6, 2013 I tried several times to get a 3* starting at $50 making my way up to $60 in Litchfield Park/Good Year, Phoenix West, Downtown, and North Tempe. Then i went down to 2.5* level.
