I started bidding at $35, and increased by $5 with each rebid (used the location trick). My third bid was accepted at $45. I think that I could have done a bit better, but I'm overall pleased with the deal. It saved me about $30 after taxes and fees when compared to booking the hotel directly. I saved $5 after taxes and fees when compared to the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal for the Manchester South area.
