Researching rates and such, I was finding that hotels were pretty cheap that weekend, and Hotwire already had good availability at low prices, so I booked a flight being pretty sure I'd be able to nab something good on PL. Started out with a $60 bid at 4* with two zones - French Quarter, and Convention Center and Warehouse - Arts District.
