awjones57 Posted August 26, 2005 Report Posted August 26, 2005 Thanks in advance for any help.I am looking to make a trip to Chicago for the Labor Day weekend and of course, want to stay in the downtown/loop area. Hotwire only has 4 star hotel listed at 128 per night. What are these 4 star hotels, and is it cheaper to use priceline? Also, with priceline what are examples of 4 star hotels a winning bid would entail? Thanks
thereuare Posted August 26, 2005 Report Posted August 26, 2005 Welcome to BetterBidding! You can see the hotels reported in the following two lists:HOTWIRE HOTEL LISTPRICELINE HOTEL LISTPriceline is usually cheaper, while Hotwire gives you a little more control over the actual hotel you are likely to receive.Let us know which way you'd like to go, as well as the actual dates of your stay, and we'll try to help. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
AaronJB Posted August 26, 2005 Report Posted August 26, 2005 If you mean the 4-star/loop/fitness - restaurant - hi-speed internet, then it is very likely the W City Center. That's what the amenities (and almost the same price) were when I got the W recently.
