Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 3* Strip North 04/25-04/27

Hello. I'm trying to get Stratosphere for my stay in LV. Because I want to use the included tower admission included int he resort fee and I won't use the hotel except for sleeping. When I search for my dates for 2 rooms, I get a $43 hotel with following amenities. Resort fee is "about $10". Can I be sure that it is Stratosphere?

The Stratosphere has been seen with the amenity set above so that would be my best guess for this one.
