Does anyone have any idea what hotel this is?

In anycase, I'm looking for a nice hotel for 130$ max in a good location. If anyone has any suggestions please...

I think if you can up your budget to the $145-$165 area you can do substantially better. Although winter is typically the slower season of the year in NYC, the $130 area on HOTWIRE may be a bit tougher then usual due to the Valetintine's Day holiday.
