First bid was in the North zone at $48 -- received a $62 counter-offer.

Started a new bid in the Sourth zone at $48 -- received a counter-offer for $62 in this zone as well. Added the North zone and bid $51 - rejected.

As I was out of bids, waited 72 hours and bid Munich North at $53 -- accepted
