Is there a method to bid on rental car from RSW, 02/03 - 02-06?

Looking for a Mid-Size car, saw it on Hotwire for 32.95/day $136.38 Total.

Getting it cheaper than that would be great.

I just randomly tried and got it at $25/day for $108.20 total.

When I get it on the first shot, always think I could have gone lower. But the deal is fine :)
