Hotwire Hotel: Help Hotel New York 3.5* or 4*

I'm a newbie and I'd like to get good deals during my stay in NY (08/28 - 09/04. 7Nights)

I'd like to get a 3.5* or 4* with free wifi, also my issue is that we're 4 adults + 1 child (17yo).. and hotwire doesn't allow to input more than 4guest within one room. I've watched hotels like Courtyard Manhattan/5th Av. which doesn't charge extra for the child while using existing beds. That's why I can't adventure without narrowing down the results.. so I can check first if the hotel grants 5 people in one room.

My budget is less than 300$ per night.

Have you checked the Hotwire Hotel List for matches for any of the above? Can you filter the options down at all? For example, wit the 3.5* Time Square hotel, do you really want to stay at a that is only 25% recommended by previous guests??

I've checked my messages and have already searched hotels deals in HOTWIRE with the link provided.

I think the 3.5* Time Square Hotel is Holiday Inn 57th St. I don't like it to much because of the location, but the deal is very good.

Also, by watching previous bidders comments, the 4* Empire State Building Area might be St Giles, The Court; but I don't think that one is a good deal because I can get the same price knowing the name of the hotel in other websites.

For the other hotels listed above, I don't have any guess of which one could they be. I would like to get a good 3,3.5 or 4* hotel in a nice location for less than 2000$-7nights.

It takes a fair amount of time to research each hotel, so please limit ID requests only to the hotels that you are really interested in (ie- the ones you suspect are not good deals... one the one with a 25* user recommendation)

That should leave only 3-4 hotels to identify which is a more manageable figure. Please re-post the hotels that you are likely considering.

PS- the Holiday Inn 57th Street is in the MTC zone, nor Times Square, and i suspect is the 3* Midtown Central Area. 187$ per night hotel listed... so you can probably cross both of those off the list.

I think you're looking for a needle in a haystack here, as while some NYC hotels will allow children to stay if they use existing bedding, the number of hotels that will have a bedding set-up for 5 people is going to be far and few between.

Unfortunately i don't know the identity of the 3* Chelsea property, it has not yet been reported to the bard (at least not with this amenity set)
