Priceline Hotel: 4* Chicago Suburbs (Schaumburg) Hyatt Regency Woodfield Schaumburg

Been trying for over a week to book a room in/near Arlington Heights ... finally hit today. It looks like Priceline updated the star rating for this hotel (prior posts all show 3.5).

Started 3.5* Arlington Heights: $35 - rejected.

added Algonquin and 3* rating $40 - rejected.

added Lake Zurich $42 - rejected.

added Schaumburg $45 - accepted, bumped up to 4*

Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Chicago Schaumburg 4*

$109.10 for two nights, which isn't bad. I saw someone won a bid for $32 in the Arlington Heights area not too long ago, so kinda bummed I couldn't hit that mark. Still pretty close to my favorite Japanese grocery store. :) Anyone who's stayed there know if the sofas in the rooms are pull out sofas? We have 4 people, and the website is showing that even the king rooms accomdate 4, but I'm not sure how without a pull out sofa. Someone has to sleep on the floor I suppose.

I've stayed at this property and actually quite liked it - it's very plain and rather underwhelming from the outside, but is much nicer once inside. I'll also note that IKEA a block away has 99 cent breakfast plates. There is also a garden in the back of the hotel that is used for the restaurant, which is very good.
