AaronJB Posted January 24, 2013 Report Posted January 24, 2013 4.5* My guess would be the James.4* Mag Mile - This would be a possible match for the Sax, Felix or Palomar. I'd guess the Sax is more likely, but be prepared to accept any of the three.4* Loop-GP - I'd guess the Hyatt (on Wacker.)Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
agrandal Posted January 24, 2013 Author Report Posted January 24, 2013 Any better options I should take or is this ok to book for now? Thanks.

AaronJB Posted January 25, 2013 Report Posted January 25, 2013 I don't think the Hyatt is a terribly good deal for $157, and would rather suggest the 4.5* Mag Mile-RN for the same price. The $130 4* MM is not a bad deal, and this time period is generally not cheap in the city (nicer weather, baseball, etc.) Rates may go down a bit towards your stay, but if traffic comes in higher than expected, rates could very easily go the other way.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
agrandal Posted January 29, 2013 Author Report Posted January 29, 2013 Thanks. How are the Felix, Palomar or Sax vs the James. Is it worth the extra $20 per night? Also is the area any better? Thanks again.

AaronJB Posted January 30, 2013 Report Posted January 30, 2013 The James is a very nice property. The Felix is a former budget property that was turned into a boutique property - it gets mixed reviews and has smaller rooms but is a very nice location. The Sax (which used to to be the House of Blues Hotel, although the House of Blues is still next door) is fine and the Palomar is terrific, although I don't think the 4* Mag Mile-RN is the Palomar.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
