The first listed is a 4 star hotel marked at $253 (from 441)with the following:

The 3 star hotel is listed as follows:172$ (from 233):

Free parking, free breakfast, boutique hotel, Pool(s), restaurant(s)

For the 4* my guess would be the Marigot Bay Hotel.

For the 3* the Mago Estate Hotel would be my best guess here.
