This description is very vague for a hotel in this area, but i would think The Modern Honolulu, Outrigger Reef on the Beach and the Westin Moana Surfer would be among some of the more likely candidates.

I was actually going to purchase and there was a note saying there is a $25/day resort fee. Do you think that's Marriott or Sheraton?

I wouldn't think Modern Honolulu would be considered Waikiki Beach though, would you?

Yes, you're correct that not the Modern since that hotel is outside of the Waikiki Beach zone boundaries... i didn't zoom in on the map close enough.

I don't think this is the Marriott or Sheraton as each of these has a user review rating of just under 8.0, so it woudln't meet the minimum Guest Rating as that PRICELINE shows for this offer... perhaps the Outrigger Reef on the Beach OR Westin Moana Surfer?
