Thanks to this great forum I was able to identify and purchase the Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort in Cancun for (CAD)$100.52 per night from Feb 7th-10th, 2013.

For the future please change the drop down menu on the top right of HOTWIRE's page to United States and the currency dropdown to US Dollars. Then continue to search HOTWIRE and post to the board in US Dollars so that rates are consistent and not subject to interpretation due to future currency fluctuation. Once you're ready to purchase simply change the drop down menu to whatever currency you'd like to use and complete your purchase.

I will post my results in USD in the future. Out of curiosity I decided to select USD in Hotwires drop down menu and see that the prices of all properties are on par between Canada and the US right now. This can change at any time but for the sake of this posting, I want people to know that the rate of $100.52 was the same price in both USD & CAD. Another thing worth noting is that this property listing has been fluctuating in price from one day to the next.
