msmar Posted January 16, 2013 Report Posted January 16, 2013 Began to bid 1/3 for 2 rooms pre-cruise in downtown area, starting at $80 for a 4* going to 3* at $95 with one free bid area. Bid daily. 1/15 decided to chance it and go down to 2.5*, up to $135 and got the 3* Riverside. Not quite the area we wanted and a bit more than I hoped for, but needed two rooms, the supply was dwindling so am happy! Priceline had a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for $148 which looked like The Riverside and was my fallback. Saved a little there.Great website, use it often, used the HOTWIRE and PRICELINE links.
