I was even offered an additional day at the same rate for New Year's but we could not take advantage of it. Finally had a room key to get on the glass elevators (tried to get on previously when staying somewhere else but you need a key to enter) and see the City at night from on high! Beautiful view, especially at Christmas time (tree in Union Square/ice skating).
