AaronJB Posted January 14, 2013 Report Posted January 14, 2013 Is this a different stay or a change in date/s from this prior NYC Hotwire thread? Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
jmelni2 Posted January 14, 2013 Author Report Posted January 14, 2013 Yes this is a different stay than what was previously posted.
AaronJB Posted January 14, 2013 Report Posted January 14, 2013 The 4* Downtown would be a possible match for the Doubletree Financial. The 4* MTE amenity set could be a number of different possibilities, but my guess would be the Roosevelt. Please provide an update for the other NYC thread. Thanks.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
jmelni2 Posted January 14, 2013 Author Report Posted January 14, 2013 Thank you. Is this a good price for that time of year in NYC or should I wait to purchase the hotel closer to the date?
AaronJB Posted January 14, 2013 Report Posted January 14, 2013 There is no way to know for sure whether or not rates will go up or down closer to the stay, but May is a busier time of year with nicer weather. Timing is discussed in greater detail in the FAQThank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

yellowdog Posted August 13, 2013 Report Posted August 13, 2013 Thanx for the follow-up and closing this thread. Please remember to always follow-up your threads with whatever you end up doing, even if you chose to book direct, cancel your trip, etc.It would be more helpful to others if you included what you did do for this stay, perhaps it will give another user an idea for when they're having trouble with their own staysPlease use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your purchases and searches.Yellowdog.
