Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board.

An upgraded Peabody has been guessed, but i'll note that this HOTWIRE hotel has a resort fee of 'about $20' while the resort fee at the Peabody is about $10... and HOTWIRE's approximation of the resort fee is usually closer than this disparity. This hardly excludes the Peabody from the possibilities, but it does shift the balance a little to the 'i have my doubts' column.
