Neither listing has been ID'd/confirmed, but my guess for the 4* would be a new amenity set for the Sheraton and the 3.5* a new amenity set for the Crowne Plaza.

How about Arlington/Grand Prairie via Priceline; "3.5* UpscalePlus; swimming; pool; business center; rated 8+"?

Unfortunately, PRICELINE Express is a relatively new feature and not many hotels have been reported. Additionally, the two amenities showing are common.
