If you are in the Irving-Las Colinas area you can always get this hotel on Priceline for $24/night total (I always book in five day increments so I can use $10/night bonus cash). I stayed in this Homestead Suites for 15 days - three separate winning bids. Homesteads are hit and miss, but this is a very nice hotel. Extended stay hotels in high end areas are great values.
